VM Super hub useless!!

I'm sick of VM super hub, its super shite esp in wireless mode, range is naff and speed keeps dropping now n then. I want to stick the superhub in modem mode and get a new router

Can any1 recommend a good router? pref one that has a superior range as I have a few dead spots in my house. Make and prices a massive help

i had same problem with VM superhub made by netgear and a bag of sh888 very poor wifi and lots of port forward problems so i stuck it into modem only mode and added a tp link router you have two options
none gigabit or gigabit depending on what internal speed you want if your only using wifi or have none gigabit devices
every one has their own preferences

Alternatively use an App called Inssider, discover what channel you are on & your neighbours. The simply change yours so that it doesn't clash with theirs, via your router / hub..

It might worth your while to join the VM forums. A lot of people on there complaining about the Superhub but the admins are able to access the logs on the hubs to see what problems occuring. If they find you have a problem then they send a new hub to replace the faulty hub. I used to have the old 20mb hub and managed to talk them into giving me the Superhub so I could get 30mb, never had any problems since the upgrade.
