streaming sopcast to xbox using vlc and tversity

Hello im trying to stream live football to my big screen wirelessly using sopcast ,vlc and tversity via xbox but it has an error coded help please

if you open up note pad and copy and paste the above,then when you save change the file type from .txt to .asx then put this file into your video folder on your pc then when you connect to your pc through your xbox and windows media center you will be able to see it on your xbox under videos ,now on pc run sopcast and the channel you want let it load then select the file on your xbox and a minute later it should be on your tv,i have my xbox plugged into my wireless router and i have set the pc to share every thing on my network

sorry about that ,i copyed and pasted off a web site and it messed up so typed it in hope it helps
