free wifi - mooving in town

hi guys,

im mooving in the centre of Sunderland town, me and the missus bought an apartment so will be skint for ages, was wondering before I moove what advice you guys have in regards to getting free wifi? just watched the gadget show and saw that wifi ariel which got them wifi on the themes bridge and was wondering how should I go about getting free wifi? or where can I see on a map where there is free wifi so I know what device to buy to reach it

If you can pick up any wep networks, download a copy of backtrack and it should get the key fairly quickly.

unless the neighbor runs wifi , without encryption, which can be rare, you don't have much hope of free, unless you hit free wifi zones...

There's not much chance of getting free wifi now and even less if you have little or no knowledge. It's rare to find anyone with WEP these days and even rarer to find unsecured wifi.
