O2 Wirelss box problem

Hey guys/gals,

I have a slight problem with my O2 Wireless router which is really annoying. It turns of at random times, I've reset the router and that solution didn't work. I would appreciate if anyone with experience could post how to resolve this annoying issue.

what is the make and model of the router? what did 02 support tell you? I would send it back myself sounds like its a bit dodgy...
