Has anyone set up a wifi bridge using this network

Right then on my caravan site they have installed a new system called camping connect which is the new internet I have set a wifi bridge up to run my skybox f5 .
Now when you click internet on laptop in directs you to there site first then you click free internet and it directs you to Google is this why my box will not descramble
I'm using cat 5 cable from my laptop to my box but it will not come on line works through my phone though but Internet not as fast
