Question about WD My Cloud EX2 NAS

It looks like i'm going to have to return my NAS. My question is, does it have any memory/buffer which would store data about the files that have been put on the drives. I don't fancy people looking at private stuff I have stored on it.. Cheers guys

I had one years ago and if memory serves me right it copied everything I loaded ie backed it up until I deleted wd stuff off it to stop it backing up. hth
