Well who ever is the brainiest please answer me this.

my firend is using his neighbours Internet. not connected 24/7 but about 30 mins a day or so. managed to get password using backtrack4.

Is there a way his neighbour knowing he is using it?

I mean when he clicks his network between his computer and the globe all the PCs connected on the net doesnt come up does it?

u can see him in networks as a computer name for sure , if he has a program like network magic it will show him too .. if your m8 changes his computer name to the same has his . the chances r he will not notice
