i wanted to access to the bbc iplayer so bought some homeplugs when they arrived i realised you had to connect them through a wireless router for the plugs to work so i gave virgin a ring and asked them for a free router to my surprise she said yes i will send you one out today, she also said do i know anyone else who is on broadband xl or xxl as they can have a free router too. the router arrived the next day i set it up with the homeplugs and now get bbc iplayer on tv, so anyone that wants a free wireless router just give virgin a ring, hope this helps someone.
