Activating roaming on a 4G-mobile wifi

Hi! Not certain whether this is the right forum or not, so please redirect me if I'm asking in the wrong place. I own a HUWAI E5776S-32, and need to know how to connect it to roaming. Any advice? Thanks in advance for help!

Found this after a, very, quick Google search ---
1 Open up a new internet browser and type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar, then press enter

2 Go to the homepage then click on Connection settings

3 Enter the password: admin

4 Enable the Data Roaming option
