    networking a satellite box

    hi guys
i recently purchased a satellite box which i now have discoverd needs to be connected to the internet to update and download patches.

the box is a technomate tm600.

my internet connection is the other side of the house and realy dont want to be trailing leads around the house to connect this up .

the box hs two usb ports, i was wondering if i could use a wireless dongle to connect it up to my network.

any advice would be agreat help
P.S. i dont own a wireless dongle yet am trying to gather all advice before i spend any more money

How about using a RJ45 to USB converter (**USB TO LAN RJ45 Ethernet 10Mb/100Mb Network Adapter** on eBay (end time 26-Feb-10 17:34:52 GMT)) with a wireless dongle which works out a lot cheaper .
        Will this work ?
