How can I remotely connect mysql IPv6 with IPv4?

Whenever I try to connect to mySQL, i have a problem. I want my internet IP, i.e. IPv4 to connect with MySQL which is having IPv6. So how do i do it?

Because I have a VPS with only IPv6 connection, so automatically my mysql will get IPv6 only.

So I want to can my IPv6 VPS use cloudflare, so that I can get ipv4 from cloudflare?
