ter wont connect to my new laptop ne help

hay my wireless wont connect to my laptop the cable is connected from the virgin router but trying to connect it to a sky wireless device. i can connect anotha laptop to it but this 1 aint working any ideas

have you checked your wifi is turned on and your wifi drivers are up to date

Hya Deono 0138,
I have the same sort of problem, and also with a Virgin Modem. Got one laptop working O.K. but cannot for the life of me get the older computer to pick up the wireless printer.

ROuter Connectivity

Did you try installing the software on the problem Laptop?

Also, make sure you, save, then manually enter the security key on any machines still not working.

Would help to know what OS ur running on each also.
