Dedicated Server

I would like to get a dedicated server for a game ill make with smartfox , but i dunno wich one get and wich ressource i need to get an action game running smooth since its my first experience in multiplayer game. I would like to have at least enught ressource for 100-500 people running on it. It will run with java extension , and raw data with some xml data. Sorry my english is a bit ugly.

Java = Loads of memory

It depends on the script you use, java won't use loads of memory it's dependant on how or in which way it is used.
