hi guys,

i have a problem in work where if i send an email from my laptop the boss cannot see that i have done this. i also want to ba able to access email form external over the net etc. also from my fone. i think ms exchane is the right idea but im not sure. anybody point me in the right direction ??

you can use gmail with IMAP or any mail server with IMAP all the info are saved on IMAP server and anyone who has access to your account can see what you have send or received.
