I have a pretty standard broadband ADSL setup at home - Netgear DG834v3 Wireless Router. I've got a variety of wireless devices connected - Laptop(s), iPhone etc.
I recently bought a TP-LINK TL-WA501G Range Expander / Wireless Bridge / Gaming Adapter hoping to link some other ethernet-only devices in another part of the house ( XBox, PC ) to the TP-LINK via ethernet switch and then linking between the TP-LINK and Netgear over wifi to provide full internet access for the Xbox and PC.
I've been struggling for the last couple of hours to even get the Netgear to 'see' the TP-LINK.
Should I be bridging or configuring the TP-Link as a Client AP?
Any help and pointers would be much appreciated.
