Any ideas on how to find and get rid of this?

I've ran spybot/adaware etc and ran a full system avast scan, any ideas guys?

correct me if i'm wrong,but does'nt this show when u cannot get connection to the net?

when u load up a web page put in ur favourite that u want to load up every time (google.co.uk) and then go to tools/options/use current page

control panel, network connections,find your network con and highlight repair.....see if that works.
