Win Vista GRID32.OCX missing

Hi Mates I am running Win Vista
I have installed a new programme and the window is giving me error 339 component GRID32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid any solution, thanks for your time.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
