My windows 7 pc has recently started to freeze, they last a few seconds then it works again, this can happen a many times in an hour, I have defragged, ran reg cleaner and spyware/antivirus all to no avail, this is driving me mental.

What processor are you using
How much memory is installed
How many HDD's & what size, how much free space do you have & when did you last clean junk files. Are they IDE or SATA
If you have 2 HDD's, have you redirected all your documents & downloads onto the second drive.Canker
