Problems playing video in realtime, Youtube etc

Hi there, I had a virus last month and debugged P.C, ever since then I cant play Youtube etc in realtime. It plays in slow motion? but the sound is normal!!

Please can someone help me alter my settings.

I had that quite a while ago and it turned out to be my graphics card being on its last breath. What you might want to do, though, is verify that your graphics acceleration is at max (control panel desktop properties -> advanced -> troubleshooting and make sure acceleration slider is at max) on XP (if you run XP. Not sure about the vista equivalent.

Reinstalling flash might also help, since youtube-like sites rely on flv videos for everything. Just go to adobe site and follow the links for flash plugin for your bowser.
Failing that, see if the issue persists in another browser.
