vista cd key .need help?

hi can anybody help, my labtop was working on xp,but it got the B S O D " so i used my vista systems disk to get it going again,but when i enter the cd keys numbers that is on the vista disk, it wont except them on the labtop, and it will only work for 30 days, is there any way around this? or if i buy a new xp home disk , can i put it on the labtop,or will the labtop only work with the disk that came with it, when it was new, the disk that i dont have" any advice welcome, thanks ,, ranger..

try btjunkie the one with self crack worked for me altho u do have to input a key then after an update it works fine the key i used was yfkbb-pqjjv-g996g-vwgxy-2v3x8
