Prolific drivers for a USB to Serial Adapter

Hi

I have been trying to find the drivers for the prolific usb to serial adapter. I am using windows vista, and when I go the the prolific site it says it doesnt support windows vista drivers and to contact your vendor???? Can anyone point me in the right direction as to were i can find this driver? or has anyone got the driver???

i have them downloaded to my pc but where can i put them so you can get thrm??
