i have windows 7 with xp mode on it and when i try to install a flight sim in xp mode i keep getting no direct 3D driver found.where do i get one if i can that is.

What type of graphics card is it?
Windows Vista and 7 both need a DirectX 9 or above compatible gpu for hardware acceleration.. Directx 8 or under card will only run on a embedded driver and give you basic features and usually you can find hacked "media drivers" for watching movies.. but no hardware acceleration, meaning no gaming.
