Changed MAC address

Does anyone know how i can change my Physical IP/MAC address back to what it was before.

I was using FlashFXP to do stuff with my Dbox2 yesterday and somehow i have changed my physical IP address and cant access the internet as my ISP does not recognise me now.

I am still a bit of a novice, so some step by step instructions would be useful.
