honestly mate... there's no easy-fix download for this type of rogue...
I've had to do a couple of PCs with shite like this on recently.. and it was a right cu^t .
Using malware bytes on it's own will prob leave you with broken browser settings / host file..
If you got another PC/Laptop to hand , download these two files first and put 'em on a flash-drive.
Rkill RKill - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
And Mallwarebytes Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free Download and Reviews - Fileforum
Then follow the steps here ;
MS Removal Tool is a computer infection from the same family as System Tool. This infection is also categorized as a rogue anti-spyware program as it pretends to be an anti-virus program, but is actually a program that displays fake security alerts and scan results in order to make you think your computer is infected. MS Removal Tool is installed through the use of malware that will install the program onto your computer without your knowledge or permission. When installed, the infection files will be created in a random named folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\, in XP, or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\, in Windows Vista and Windows 7. It will then be configured to start automatically when you login to your computer.
(really a good idea to print the steps off like it says , or use another laptop to sit side-by-side)Last edited by drawflex; 17 April, 2011, 23:03.'He's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy'.Comment

Post above is not an easy fix, explains how to fix broken browser settings and booting into safe mode kills the processes without using rkill!
Malwarebytes will remove it!
Not to mention that instructions are more detailed than this!
