providing it is the original HD password 040fvi6c (1st and 3rd are zero's)

service tag is not corect, it's either:
- 7 characters if you need bios password
or
- 11 characters if you need hdd password

I am from Indonesia, had the same problem with my friends here. each is enabled, the Dell Latitude D630 laptop I only bring this notification as "this computer # 5DCMT1S-595B, the system is protected by a password authentication system. you can not acces the data in this computer without the correct password"
