    reboot

    hi my pc keeps rebooting every 10 mins not sure on pc any help be brill thanks

      The easy way is to format the drive & reinstall windows (taking windows is installed).

      Second to that is virus scans with malwarebytes.


      It could also be a hardware fault with the memory or processor.

          Its could be a number of things mate, a virus or bad program but if its every 10min then it sounds like something is overheating and its shutting down to prevent further damage.
          A wee bit more info would help, how old is your pc, did you make any changes to it recently, have you ever pulled the side panel off and serviced it with a can of air.?

          Clogged fans and heatsinks will effect performance by a big margin and in extreme cases can kill the cpu.

          Its probably a good idea to post back with the specs of your pc and what operating system its running ,when the problem started etc.

              Download this : HWiNFO32 Download (Self-installing .exe prob best choice)

              It'll give you all the info we need about your PC (Post back with info) and you can then click the sensor tab, and enable logging... so after it crashes, post sensor log results and we'll be able to see if anything is getting too hot, a fan's given up, or PSU is weak... to confirm/rule-out a hardware problem.

              Only started happening since the weather improved ?
              Does Windows go through it's shutting down 'thing' .. or does the PC just reset, any blue screen or error messages flash up ?

              BTW : Just seen it's your first post.... welcome matey.. dowload the thing and post back, there's plenty clever peeps on here who'll help you out
