Download malwarebytes install it then open it then update it and finally do a quick scan.

Another vote for malwarebytes. I would also scan in safe mode if you can.

do a boot time scan and depending on the trojan you may have to disable system restore

I think the best one is kaspersky....running faster....little resource taken.....so why not...I've use it for long time and never dissappointed...
