hi guys i have problem with pc dell latitude d620 in motherboard ; cose circuit electronic is damaged near computer power supply and i need your help please about reference this circuit electronic (8 pins) ? or you have the picture this circuit electronic? and look this picture of this element

Does the camera you are using have a macro setting? If so enable it and take a shot directly above the board. Hard to make out but looks toast. Need to see the traces.
