The superhub will replace the function of your seperate modem and router that you currently have. You won't need the sweex router any longer. Not sure if you can move it to another house, the MAC address on the modem side of the router is registered with VM.

When I moved house about a year ago, I connected the modem from my old house into the new house' cable connection. It actually worked for about 2 hours, then died. When the engineer came out, he wasn't able to get the modem working again. He reckons plugging it into a different house resulted in it being remotely killed by VM.

Out of curiosity, I'm booked into have my speed upgraded to 100mb next week. I currently have the black, shiny, contoured modem. Will I get one of these super hubs?

In theory the modem can keep working within the same VM network segment.

And yes you will get the super hub I believe.
