i tunes

hi guys
up until the other week no problems but since then when i plug my iphone 4 in itunes wont start up or run at all.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but no joy.
Has anyone got any ideas what it could be ?
by the way i think i have changed something (possibly a startup setting) but dont know what (knob)

Go to control panel and look in programs and see if itunes is starting up from there..

it wont start from the desktop or all programs

ive had no end of probs with i tunes, at the moment its working fine,,when you uninstalled ,what proggys did you uninstall apart from itunes ? i ask this because there are 6 programmes you need to remove to do a full uninstall/reinstall and you will have issues if you do not remove all 6 before reinstalling
