is there a reliable scan i can do to fix any windows bugs have googled it but there seems to be alot of bullsh*t scans out there thanks peeps

Windows Bugs? what do you mean?
if you mean to check your windows system files are in tact and not corrupt you can do a scan..
Click on Start->Run->
Then Type in the Run box .... " sfc/ scannow "
it may ask you for your windows CD during the scan to replace any files that are corrupt or files that are unstable with your O/S.
