Hi Guys
Need some help with my sons acer laptop will not start up to windows, when you start it goes to the windows error recovery page. From there it gives you two options,
Launch start up repair (recommended)
Start windows noemally
when you click either one it goes to a blue screen for about 30 sec and then goes back to the windows repair recovery page.
Anyone had the same problem or advice how to fix it.
