    Mcafee From Barclays

yet again i have been let down buy another firewall
barclays offering there customers for internet banking there new partnership with mcafee free 1 year licence
i would advise every1 not to bother

had kapersky installed for a year which was free from barclays great no problems what so ever
only slowed the comp down a little bit but u knew it was working
so my lience was about to run out so decieded to get the new offer from barclays mcafee firewall

within a day of having it installed i had managed to get a virus which would randomly pop up internet explore ads every 2 mins and windows sercurity centre has been damaged to the point i cant get it to start

mcafee had green ticks all over it all upto date no mantanice needed

so now kapersky has gone back in and found 8 virus but still cant get my windows security centre to start
i really dont want to format n start again as i have just done that before mcafee was installed
will a windows 7 repair option work?

Boot into safe mode (F8) then try system restore

Another pay for anti virus working well I see.

Download avast and instal. Do a boot time scan. If this fails. Backup important info and format.

Allot of users on here use avast and cannot fault it
