Dell Inspiron 9400 Admin bios Password

Hello, My Name is Markus and I have a Dell Inspiron 9400. I am sorry, i bought this laptop with defect grafikcard and now after repairing it I am not able to install anything because BIOS password is missing.

Please help, service tag is FL0QK2J-595B. Third one is a Zero.
