                    This is the BIOS password 4ybzfaj8
                    it is also the admin password providing admin pass hasn't been changed by user.

                      The security in the BIOS a s been lock so whitout the admin password i cant change anything , the user password as been lost and whit the security on , i cant open window ,cant even boot whit the cd or usb key !!! sorry for my poor inglish

                        the password given should get you into BIOS where you can change settings to boot from CD
                        if this password doesn't work see if you can find a suffix following JBDYRC1
                        I calculated using suffix JBDYRC1-595B

                            password given is master password for that serial (could that B be an 8)

                            you could try Ctrl + Enter when entering pass

                            also has Bios been upgraded at anytime as this changes the service tag serial

                              No the B is not a 8 this portable dell have been give to me because the owner forgot is user password so i dont realy know if the Bios a been upgraded i try Ctrl + Enter whit no result i also try to remove the cell battery (Cmos) and only the day and date change no bios resetting
