win 7 x64 bit on ibm thinkpad x61s

hello guys ifor some reason i cannot seem to restart my bluetooth on my ibm x61s laptop it was running before and then i think i may have disabled it from showing the bluetooth icon on the taskbar but now i want to start it again i cannot remember how to get the darn thing running again any ideas please let me know fn+f5 dont work os win7 ultimate x64 bit
