    dell mini 10

    hi all i am wanting to install winxp onto my daughters mini 10's but dont know where to start i have a 4gb usb flash drive ready for the job but could do with some pointers if possible

    Hey Jo-Jo download wintoflash link below, a bit slow but give it a few seconds!

    With WinToFlash you need to have a folder on your PC containing all the Windows install files. (use virtual drive to mount your xp.iso file/CD then copy it's contents to newly created folder on your desktop)

    Then you just open WinToFlash, tell it where your Windows install files directory is, indicate what letter your flash drive is (i.e. J: ). It does the rest for you very SIMPLE!

    Once everything has copied, in BIOS set to boot from your freshly prepared flash drive.

      You can also try to use an external DVD device that uses USB port!!
      Is not very technological, but it will work for sure!!! ;-)
