    usb device not recognized

    hi everybody
recently i have used a wireless labtec mouse for my acer aspire
(3100) laptop which at that moment was running on vista home
    premium 32 bit version.
the mouse worked properly for 1 day ,after that whenever i connected a usb device as well as the mouse to my laptop
i saw this message: ''usb device not recognized.....''
and i have no usb connection for my laptop .

yesterday i installed windows7 beta on the pc , and still i have the same trouble.

i deleted the file INFCACHE.1 form C:\ windows....
and reboot it but it did not help.

please anybody who has a clue for solution , please answer to this post.

    thanx
