Hi,

I'm maybe covering old ground here, but I'm stuck and would be grateful for any help.

The company I worked for unfortunately went into administration last year, my legacy was a Dell latitude D630, the laptop is admin locked and I cant get access.

The service tag is 4W1B04J I would be grateful for some help.

You have 2 options:
1. Format the PC
2. Try to reset the admin password using Microsoft ERD tools such as locksmith. To find this tool (ERD 2005 -2010) you'll have to search the web because it's not free.
