Advice. Not all free, all from experiance.
Check out a forum called Proprofs (google) one of the best free resources for CompTIA, Cisco and Microsoft certs.
Troll ya fav warez locations for Testking (practice tests), Learnkey, CBTBuggets and Actual Tests meterial. I wouldn't say warez anything, thats wrong(giggle), but some of this stuff is way overpriced
Buy books. For the N10-003 i would recommend Mike Meyers passport book (IT Tech god imo), for the others try Microsoft Press books. Check E-Bay but make sure the books are current before you buy them. No use having a 1st edition when current new one is 4th edition
Get a virtual enviroment setup. Server Client enviroment. MS 2003 domain controler, 2x MS 2003 member server, MS windows XP pro SP2 client. Peer to Peer enviroment. 2x MS windows XP pro sp2.
Install Active Directory directory server in domain controler and set up OU's to reflect a small company, sales, marketing and so on, surgest 5 OU's and about 15 - 20 user account spread across the 5. This will be a good starting point for testing.
Read something, try it in enviroment, understand it better.
Right now 270 is SP2 but keep eye on it, its due to switch soon to SP3, so you might need to update, but stick with SP2 as long as its listed as SP2.
Get study guides and exam lists. Actual Tests set are great. Read the test questions. More so Microsoft to get use to how they work, Some of them would fill an A4 piece of paper so its important to learn to pull out the important information.
Find a Prometric test center close to you. You can sit CompTIA with Prometric and Peason VUE but can only sit Microsoft with Prometric.

Finally, preper to fail. Check out the free resits at MS/CompTIA. That way you're covered incase you have a problem.
