I have ESET NOD32 antivirus 5

5.0.94.0 6484(20110922)

which keeps on asking for password and username and I aint got one, any help appreciated.

if you google Eset password you will get a number of sites with the info you require
copy and paste them into box
you may have to try a few to be successful
you will probably have to temporariy disable Nod or it will block the websites from opening
