Check your graphic card display is correctly set up to the correct Resolution otherwise Graphic card needs re-flow or re-balling.

DELL, ACER and Hp are well known by this issue.

yeah im with Salami this issue is
      well known with this particular
      model of laptop

could you tell us have you made
      any changes or modifications
      to the laptop lately

      operating system - upgrade maybe?
      new hard drive?
      or even opened the chassis?

      also have you checked
the graphic card driver on the laptop
      maybe reinstall is a possibilty

      using the diagnostics

hold down FN when powering up laptop to get graphics test
      when done

      shut laptop down

hold down D when powering up to access the builtin LCD test

Also is the laptop still in warranty?

Thank's for the hints I will try it tomorrow.

The laptop is not in the warranty any more,

I already tryed to reinstall the driver but no success,

The fault came while I was using it as always the only thing is that, that day it was pretty cold in my workshop where I keep it and after the startup and openning the first program the fault came up.

I'll let you know if some success with fn and d start.

        Thank you again

I will probably have to change the graphics card if available for spare.
