msi p4n sli motherboard - ethernet not working

Hi folks,

I have an MSI P4N SLI motherboard and I can't get the ethernet connection to appear in my network connections page within Control Panel.

I can't find any specific drivers for it, only an upgrade to the bios which I don't want to do.

I've just reinstalled windows so this is why I'm in this situation. I've reinstalled windows before and I have the driver cd that came with the PC but even after installing them, it still doesn't show up. I've been at this for 4 days now and I'm running out of ideas.

Any ideas please?

Found the drivers on the MSI website, don't know why I didn't start there in the first place .
