Go to the link given to you by dasteph and download the latest drivers for your graphics card. Install them on your pc and you will not see that mesage anymore. If there is a .exe file in the drivers when you download it, double click it and it will install new drivers for you. If there isn't, Go to control panel\system\device manager\ Look for display adapters, update drivers. browse computer and point to the file and run. This should install drivers for you.

          THE TRUTH
          The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

if you use device manager and find display adapter double click , then the graphics will then be displayed right click on it for properties, click the properties for a small box to open, once open you will see a tab for drivers from there you can update the drivers.

having looked at the sis website the driver version is lower than the one already installed,it also points out pc builders install there own drivers compatble with your sis graphics and as you have checked the version installed it may be a case of uninstalling the driver then reinstalling it to cure the problem.
what you don`t say is what make and model your pc is as the web site of the makers is where you may get your currant version of the driver from.

it is possible overcome your problem, how old is your pc,the reason i ask is because your installed graphics could be onbored graphics which is part of your motherboard. you could install a cheap end graphics card if you have a graphics slot (?10-?30) which would be good enough for serfing the web etc. if you did this you could then disable your present graphics driver, but to do this you need to open your pc and look for a slot which is normally brown in colour (avg) and about 4inches long which is normally near your expansion slots (pci) at the rear of your pc on your motherboard.
