Looking for jellybean serial number software

Hi wonder if anyone can help My lad got a laptop for his school work,It comes pre installed with software but its got net intelligence software on it,its a pain in the arse, It stops you getting online and stalls the laptop to a halt,
Unfortunatley when I have done a factory re install, net intelligence is still installed in the prog list.

What is the best way of getting rid of the net intelligence programme,

also the laptop came with microsoft win 7 but the serial number has worn away,
can anyone point me in the right direction for the full vers of jelly bean for the win 7 serial

Though I'd be tempted to just use Activation Backup and Restore

to find the serial for win7, just try to Google around ..or the surest way is just jump to this link 'www.thepiratebay.org' and search down the serial... hoping this will help
