Win 7 folders back to front

Hi People, Can someone please tell me why my Win 7 ''DOWNLOADS'' folder and one other, when opened, appears in alphabetical order, only, starting from ''Z'' instead of ''A'' and all the folders are at the end of the list instead of the beginning..........very frustrating. And how do I fix it please ?. All the others are ok.

when you open the folder along the top next to where it says "Name" there is a small arrow , click on the arrow and all things will then be in order.

thank you for the reply, it works for the first folder, then sub folders only have heading: organize, include in library, share with , burn, and new folder, the contents of the sub folders are the ones i need to change.

when you open a sub folder , on the right side there is a arrow , when you put your curser on thus arrow it should say "more options" . click on that and then pick "details"
you shold then be able to organise every thing as per my first reply to your original question.
