Epson sx515 problem

Hi guys

I've got an epson sx515 printer, i'm haing problems with it, the printer willnot print cyan, when I do a nozzle check it should print all 4 colours, black, cyan, magenta, yellow, but it's printing 3 black, magenta and yellow, there is no sign of cyan at all. Anyone any ideas
