    PC Hardware Diagnostic

Can you recomend some program to scan all the hardware on pc?

Thing is I got some comp from a friend and have to sort it out. PC don't have any drivers on it.

It has Video Card, TV card, Sound Card...
but I don't know the names and where to look for drivers.

    Win XP is OS.

    Thanks!

best thing for me is tool from everest from lavalys,
EVEREST Ultimate Edition - PC Diagnostics | Lavalys.com
if you got working os just install it or just run extracted application from any remote drive like memory stick, go to devices section - windows devices - and you can navigate to unknown device and read name from hardware id, is`s really helpful.
If you look for any diagnostic soft which u can run not in windows environment i would recommend you hirens boot set of tools.
    Regards

Best bet. Pop side off case. Look on the physical componants for model numbers. Not sure if system scanners would depend on driver signitures.

Once you have model numbers. Throw them into google and should show some downloads or at least mfr of the componants. Then you can go download them direct from their site
