For a little while now, my computer has been going slow, but only for like 5 seconds at a time. When I try to do something in a window such as Chrome or Steam or anything else, it will often times freeze the window, the whole thing will shift upwards slightly, and if I click anywhere on it, it will grey out, not allowing me to click anything in the window. In a few seconds though it will go back to normal. This is often just when I tab out and back in and attempt to click something in the window. It is not a huge problem, but it can get annoying. Anybody know what this is and/or how to fix it?

well... seems to be a issue with your video card. try reinstall drivers for it. that should fix it.
