    Windows Vista question

    Well i have a laptop with windows vista home basic's on it, and i was wondering if i could use the same product key on my PC
    I know with windows XP you could use it multiple times but what about vista? Also has anyone got a download for windows vista home basic's i have the key just cant find the cd.

      dont think u can, a mate used to ring the call center in india and said his pc crashed and was usin the re-installation disc to put vista back on and the product key wouldnt work and stayed on the line as long as possible and and pissed off the guy so much he gave him a new product key just to get rid of him, try it betcha it works
